The location was great (metro stop in front of the hostel, around 5 min away from central Lisbon Rossio). The staff was nice and honest.
The building was too old, the room too small and there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The place could be cleaner.

I never experienced this kind of situation.
The positive side of this hostel was the subway right in front of it.
The rooms were okay, but walls were too thin and you could literally hear someone farting and sneezing all the time. There was horrible smell of toilet downstairs and in apartment it reeked of cheep soup. I didn't expect it to be some kind of high class resort, but I also didn't expect such kind of filth in kitchen and bathtoom.

Friendly and they have a kettle and microwave you can use.
It's called Paradise which is a bit of a stretch !!!
